Overview
Sinch is an enterprise telecommunications and cloud communications provider. Connecting Sinch to Intelligent Office Suite enables high-reliability digital fax transmission, virtual DID provisioning, and real-time inbound fax intake with automated AI clinical review.

Setup & Configuration
Connecting Sinch to your Intelligent Office Suite practice:
1. Obtain Sinch Credentials
Log into your account at dashboard.sinch.com and copy your Project ID, Access Key (Key ID), and API Secret.
2. Save in Integrations Dashboard
Navigate to Settings > Integrations, click Connect on the Sinch card, paste your credentials, and click Test Integration.

Inbound & Outbound Fax Flow
How Sinch operates with the Intelligent Office Suite Fax Engine:
1. Number Provisioning & Auto-Configuration
When a fax line is saved in Settings > Fax Numbers, OfficeSuite calls the Sinch API to bind the incoming webhook to our secure callback receiver.
2. Incoming Fax Reception & AI Extraction
When an external clinic sends a fax, Sinch streams the PDF payload to our webhook. The system renders the document, extracts clinical data using Gemini AI, and lists it in the Fax Inbox.
3. Outbound Referral Dispatch
When clinical referrals are dispatched via fax, the system posts the compiled signed PDF through Sinch Fax V3 with immediate transmission logs and receipt confirmations.
